Points: age 18-49=0, 50-59=2, 60-69=4, 70-79=6, >=80=7; male sex=1; comorbidities 0/1/>=2 = 0/1/2; RR <20/20-29/>=30 = 0/1/2; room-air SpO2 <92 = 2; GCS <15 = 2; urea <7/7-14/>14 = 0/1/3; CRP <50/50-99/>=100 = 0/1/2.
