Use actual body weight in kg. This pathway requires at least 5 kg.
Interpret concentration only at exactly 4.0 h, or use the immediate-treatment branch only if presentation is >8.0 h.
Required at exactly 4.0 h. If presentation is >8 h, either omit both concentration fields or provide value and unit together.
Single acute immediate-release ingestion with known timeThis calculator is intentionally limited to this clinical scenario.

Clinical noticeEducational toxicology support only. Use poison-center or toxicologist guidance and local treatment pathways for any out-of-scope scenario or clinical deterioration.

Context and use

When treatment is indicated: bag 1 = 150 x weight(kg), bag 2 = 50 x weight(kg), bag 3 = 100 x weight(kg), total dose = 300 x weight(kg).

Interpret concentration only at exactly 4.0 h: treat if concentration >= 150 mcg/mL (mg/L).

Known-time values >4.0 h and <=8.0 h remain unsupported; if presentation is >8.0 h, start NAC immediately while evaluation continues.
