Context and use

MAS = activity + respiration + circulation + consciousness + oxygenation

PARSAP = MAS + dressing + pain + ambulation + feeding + urine output

Each item contributes 0, 1, or 2 points. MAS yields 0-10; PARSAP yields 0-20.
