Context and use
Applicable only when current_inflammatory_back_pain = false and at least one of current_peripheral_arthritis, current_enthesitis, or current_dactylitis = true. Then classify peripheral SpA if major_feature_count >= 1 OR minor_feature_count >= 2. major_feature_count = count(true among psoriasis_ever, inflammatory_bowel_disease_ever, preceding_infection, hla_b27_positive, uveitis_ever, sacroiliitis_on_imaging). minor_feature_count = count(true among past_or_present_arthritis, past_or_present_enthesitis, past_or_present_dactylitis, inflammatory_back_pain_in_past, family_history_spa), where past_or_present_arthritis = current_peripheral_arthritis OR past_peripheral_arthritis; past_or_present_enthesitis = current_enthesitis OR past_enthesitis; past_or_present_dactylitis = current_dactylitis OR past_dactylitis.
